Why do the Ministry documents say “Özel Opal Polikliniği”?

Özel Opal Polikliniği is the clinic’s name in the Ministry of Health register. It is not a separate business: the clinic belongs to Hermest and is owned by Hermest İstanbul Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş.

What is the AK-0209 certificate?
