I could not say enough great things about my experience here. The staff was amazing and really went above and beyond. Aysegul was so great in helping me through everything as well, she is the best at her job. I would recommend Hermest to anyone wanting to get a hair transplant. Hermest is a great place to get your hair transplant, staff and service was amazing. Being in a different country does create doubts and anxiety. Ich war zur meiner ersten Haartransplantation in Istanbul. Aufgrund von vielen positiven Feedback in Foren und Bewertungen hatte ich einen Termin bei Hermest gemacht.
Transfer, Hotel und die Betreuung vor Ort waren sehr gut. Der Ablauf der OP war sehr professionell und es wurde sich viel Zeit genommen, meine Haarlinie zu zeichnen. Jeder Schritt wurde mir gut erklärt. Ein herzliches Dank an Frau Burcu, welche, während der Operation zur Seite stand. Sie hat mir alle Fragen geduldig erklärt und mir viele Tipps zur Pflege danach gegeben.
Die lokale Betäubung war bei mir etwas problematisch, da ich scheinbar sehr schmerzempfindlich am Kopf bin. Die Krankenschwester hat sich viel Zeit gelassen und ständig war jemand um mich herum und hat geschaut, ob alles okay ist. Die Haar-Entnahme und Verpflanzung war absolut schmerzlos.

Die Organisation ist wirklich gut. Jeder Schritt wie Treffpunkt,Abholung etc.wird schriftlich mitgeteilt.Hotel das includiert ist, ist sehr schön und luxuriös. Die OP war am Anfang sehr schmerzhaft . Schlafen ist schwierig danach aber das vergeht....Fazit: Ich kann Hermes nur jedem empfehlen

I couldn’t be more satisfied of a service!  what I experienced at this clinic  was fantastic.
Starting from the amazing staff and the supportive doctors and specialists, everyone was very professional , and I received the best treatment possible.
During the procedure all 4 doctors did an amazing job by keeping me calm and that really helped , and I didn’t feel any pain.

AMAZING! SIMPLY amazing experience from A to Z. Super nice 5* hotel, super kind, gentle and positive assistance from the young translators and a lot of care from the 1st moment I arrived in the clinic.
I could not expect more.
