Ich habe lange mit mir gerungen, ob ich eine Haartransplantation machen soll, mich dann aufgrund der guten Bewertungen für Hermest entschieden,  da ich bewusst keine Massenabfertigung wollte und bisher mit der Entscheidung sehr zufrieden bin (heute ist Tag 5).
Kurz zum Ablauf bei mir:
Freitag Anreise (1,5 Stunden Verspätung kein Thema, eine Whatsapp geschickt, Rest lief von allein)
Samstag Untersuchung und OP, ca. 13 – 18 Uhr für 4.250 Grafts, danach gabs noch Essen in der Klinik
Sonntag ca. 11:30 Uhr Verband entfernen und erste Haarwäsche, danach zum Flughafen und Rückflug (bin dann mit dem Auto 2 Stunden vom Flughafen München nach Hause gefahren, war kein Problem.
Das Hotel (Selectum …) hat gepasst, sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, haben ja viele andere schon geschrieben, Transfer zur Klinik je nach Verkehr ca. 30 Minuten.
Zur OP: Ich war sehr nervös und habe kurz vorher noch überlegt, ob ich doch noch abspringen soll. Da hat mir die persönliche Betreuung und die kleine Klinik sehr geholfen, Du sitzt da nicht in einer riesen Wartehalle und alles läuft wie am Fließband, sondern da stehen ein paar Ledersofas, Du wirst sofort begrüßt und der Dame (Name leider vergessen) fiel gleich auf, dass ich nervös war, hat sofort versucht, mich zu beruhigen, was auch geklappt hat. Für OP und Nachsorge am nächsten Tag hat man 1Betreuerin (bei mir Burcu), die schon in Deutschland gelebt hat, also kein Sprachproblem.
Nach ein paar Voruntersuchungen geht’s dann auch los, alles wird rasiert, dann kommt der üble Teil: Die Betäubung. Das war doch sehr schmerzhaft, ich bekam ca. 20 - 30 Stiche (erst Entnahmebereich, später dann auch Transplantationsbereich) in die Kopfhaut, dafür ist die restliche Zeit dann schmerzfrei.
Zum Glück war die Liege recht bequem, man liegt da ja ein paar Stunden, zwischen Entnahme und Einsetzen Toilettenpause. Irgendwann wurde eine Infusion angehängt, ich weiß nicht, was da drin war, hab aber auch nicht nachgefragt. Die Mitarbeiter, die an Dir arbeiten, können kein Deutsch und nur manche englisch, Burcu kam aber in regelmäßigen Abständen, um nachzufragen, ob alles ok ist, sie war aber nebenan und hätte jederzeit zum Übersetzen kommen können, war aber nicht nötig.
Die Nacht danach war nicht so toll, der Verband hat das Nachbluten irgendwann dann nicht mehr verkraftet und es ging dann was daneben, hat mich zuerst verunsichert, war aber völlig unnötig, in der zweiten Nacht kam noch minimal was nach (da ist dann schon kein Verband mehr dran!!!) und in der 3. Nacht war bei mir alles trocken.
Am Sonntag, also am Tag nach der OP, war mir die ganze Zeit übel, das wurde erst abends besser, musste mich aber trotz Transfers zu Klinik und Flughafen nicht übergeben.
Die Nächte sind bei mir nicht gut, man muss erhöht in Rückenlage schlafen mit Nackenkissen, das man von der Klinik bekommt und in Nacht 5 ließ die Betäubung der Kopfhaut nach und ich hatte Schmerzen im Spenderbereich, auf dem ich ja liegen soll, aber auch die ging vorbei, aber da habe ich dann die erste (!!!) Schmerztablette genommen, die im Arzneimittelpack der Klinik drin war, davor habe ich echt keine gebraucht, das hat mich sehr positiv überrascht.
Die Wunden sind nach meiner Einschätzung super verheilt, da war keinerlei Entzündung oder Problem zu sehen, die Hygiene muss top gewesen sein, die Mitarbeiter, die an dir arbeiten, tragen auch immer Mundschutz.
A propos Mitarbeiter: Die arbeiten ja immer mindestens zu zweit an Dir beim Entnehmen und Einsetzen und ich verstehe zwar kein Türkisch, aber die schienen sich alle echt gut untereinander zu verstehen, das ist mir sehr positiv aufgefallen.

Noch was: Hatte zuerst Bedenken, das im Sommer zu machen, da man nach der Transplantation nicht schwitzen und nicht in die Sonne soll, aber das ging echt gut, in Istanbul ist die Kühlkette gewahrt und in München kann man unterirdisch zum Parkhaus.

Fazit: Bisher alles gut gelaufen, Hermest kann ich bisher absolut weiterempfehlen!

I had a positive post-procedure experience. The support and care I received during my recovery were excellent, and the communication was always clear, kind, and professional.

I had my hairtransplant two days ago at the HERMEST Hair Clinic in Istanbul and I want to share my experiences and my impressions till this day with you!

From the very first day I felt very comfortable with my medical assistent Bahar. I could ask her anything and she always took time for me and helpt me directly.
The complete HERMEST-Team was always so helpful, understanding and did everything to make me feel good.
The doctors and the hairtransplant-teams were very interested about my wishes and did everything to make me happy and to get my dreamhair.
My translater was with me every single minute to help me with the comnunication.
Now I am back at home and the aftercare just began. Since then I am in contact with my aftercare-assistent Yeliz. She helps me everytime with perfect instructions for example the first hair washes at home and taking the right things (shampoos, foam, vitamins and so on) at the right time.
